1.26pm: pol roger (epernay, france) at isis


1.29pm: salad of blood plum, scallop tartare, cherry vinegar sorbet
1.36pm: carpaccio of scallop and gold beetroot, olive oil sorbet, finger lime and vanilla dressing


1.46pm: seared scallop, watermelon, jamon “iberico”, feta and watercress, tio pepe caramel


1.55pm: bortoluzzi pinot grigio (venezia guilia, italy) at isis
2.02pm: risotto of zucchini, lemon and oregano, roasted scallop and bottarga


2.18pm: loin of boby veal and seared scallop, crushed peas and a truffle jus gras
2.40pm: seared scallop with a boudin of partridge and truffle, sauce albuferra


2.52pm: “escallop” of fresh mango with white chocolate sorbet


6.51pm: jonathan’s leftover kfc wing at home with jonathan


7.53pm: cascade premium light at montezumas mexican restaurant in taringa with jonathan
8.10pm: beef combination dinner #7 (beef taco, beef enchilada, rice and chilli con carne) at montezumas
