8am: banana at home
11.25am: choc top guides biscuits at work
12.27pm: hamburger with the lot (lot = bacon, egg & cheese) and ginger beer at nifty's cafe & takeaway with steph (soon to be mrs bee)
5.58pm: cheese toast and soy milk at home
8.40pm: hot and sour soup from singapura at home with jonathan
10.01pm: apple juice; t2 sleep tight tea; strawberry licorice at home with jonathan

avocado and mayonnaise.. that sounds very rich.
avocado is high in good cholesterol. you don't expect me to eat it plain, do you??
i will give this combo a try!
it's really good. it reminds me of avocado sushi.
