1.43pm: make-your-own salad (mixed lettuce leaves, boiled egg, grated carrot, sliced cucumber, grilled sweet potato slices, brie, hungarian salami, caesar mayo dressing) from fleximeals at work


3.33pm: orange juice from the fridge at work at work
4.31pm: timeout from the dorca fundraising chocolate box at work


7.11pm: salmon & avocado roll at sushi station at bulimba with nik


7.12pm: eel sushi at sushi station
7.15pm: miso soup at sushi station


7.16pm: japanese tea at sushi train
7.24pm: deep fried cheese at sushi train


7.59pm: oreo choc top from the cinema at bulimba with nik (eaten at nik's place)

i'm trying to eat more healthily since i started this blog. i've quadrupled the amount of fruit i'm eating.

healthy eating is so hard though. i love a bit of meat and fat!

sometimes a salad is enough. i think it often depends on how slowly i eat it.
