8.21am: carman’s muesli bar in the car in milton on the way to the sunshine coast


11am: iceman (apple, pine, grapefruit, lime and mint) juice at raw juice in mooloolaba with emily


1.53pm: verdelho at the spirit house in yandina with emily


1.57pm: crispy wontons of prawn, chicken, kaffir lime, thai basil with sweet & sour dipping sauce; tempura rice fish & green mango salad with roasted cashew nuts and chilli lime dressing; son-in-law egg with sweet, salt & sour sauce; coconut braised wagyu beef shin with jungle curry & wild ginger & snake beans; kua curry of black mussels, prawns, scallops with green pineapple & kaffir lime with coconut rice; and jasmine rice at the spirit house


3.17pm: chocolate tasting plate (dark chocolate & kaffir lime torte; white chocolate and candied ginger mousse; chocolate & chilli ice cream) at the spirit house


7.54pm: honey nougat log at home with jonathan
8.01pm: leftovers (from grandma c) including white rice, chicken, steamed egg and chinese green vegetables at home with jonathan


9.55pm: jamoca almond fudge ice cream in waffle cone at baskin robbins with jonathan, theresa and colin

yeah that's right. the spirit house is really nice. it feels like you're in asia. we should go together one time.
