thanks for visiting my blog. it's been a big part of my life for the past 366 days. i have developed a bit of a pavlovian response to food now, where i start to reach for my mobile phone to take a photo before realising i don't have to anymore.
i hope you've enjoyed looking at all the ways pork can be prepared. before i started this blog i didn't even realise how much pork i ate! like homer simpson says, the pig really is a magical animal!
i also didn't realise how much stuff can happen in a year. over the last 366 days jonathan and i got married, kayley thai and harry lever were born, i went to 4 wedding celebrations (5, including my own), my grandma was baptised, australia elected a new prime minister (who said sorry), i experienced the joys of making my own pork crackle, i learned to love nigella lawson's buttery sweet recipes, and i visited darwin, sydney, melbourne, perth and alice springs... unfortunately didn't get to visit india or attend an indian wedding, but there's still hope for next year! :-)
