12.43pm: pineapple juice from the work fridge; vege pattie burger (turkish bread, vege pattie, baby spinach, hummus, tatzki, grilled capsicum) from fleximeals in the hub at work with valter
3.04pm: coke from the work fridge at work
6.21pm: blue brie at home
6.31pm: orange juice with iron supplement
6.42pm: brown rice, steamed egg with lap cheong, steamed green beans at home
8.28pm: 2 mandarins at home
9.35pm: plain crisps at home

hey hey!! I thought i'd leave a message here for you. You guys eat out a lot huh? you are inspiring me to start my own but i really cant be bothered...
we have actually cut down on the amount of food that we eat out. it's only when you track it like this that you really notice trends.
you should definintely start a blog. i'd love to see it!
