that salad looks awsome.. how did the appraisal go? Funny how Steven took you there for your appraisal, cause at the appraisal workshop, kylie made the point of saying that our managers should do the appraisal in a meeting room and if offered to do it at the cafe or restaraunt, that we were to decline. I wonder where Steven is going to do her appraisal?
appraisal #1 didn't go well, but #2 (which was in the office, not over lunch) was great. maybe i will follow that advice next year.
