off the top of my head puttanesca is:
400g spaghetti
1 handful of capers
2 handfuls of olives
1 tablespoon of oregano
12 anchovies
2 cloves of garlic
2 x 400g tin chopped tomatoes (i used 1 tin)
fresh basil
parmesan (i used romano because that's the cheese valter uses)
it's super easy. and we usually have all those ingredients at home.

I watched Desperate Housewives for the first time in ages! So much has changed! Gabby is with some other guy. And her (ex?)husband is now with Eaddie...who has a kid! Bizarre.
