8.03pm: curry chicken with white rice and roti; taste of jonathan's hainan chicken rice and soup at singapura with jonathan

home made beef jerky??? does her house look like those chinese people backyard in asia with the dried fish and dried squids?

oh i should have checked the previous blog...
yep, i made the congee. it's really easy. i used bacon bones, dried scallops and peanuts. i thought it was a little salty, but it was better the next day.
home made beef jerky sounds pretty full on. she said she cooked the meat in a sauce, then dried it out in the oven. she's pregnant right now so i don't think she could really eat sun-dried meat.
