2.55pm: leftover gourmet salad (from valter) and honey soy chicken wing at work
4.40pm: pear at work
7.05pm: hainan style chicken rice (with ginger, shallot & soy dipping sauce; ginger dipping sauce) with cucumber, tomato and coleslaw at home with jonathan
7.13pm: solo at home with jonathan
8.34pm: leftover iced milk tea at home
9.21pm: pork and egg braised in soy with mustard at home

You have inspired me to get that Carman's muesli....it's great without all the fruit!
that carman's muesli is great. i could eat it every day (as you can tell)...
and it's really good because it's low gi, gm free, made in australia and australian owned. it's pretty cost effective too because it is quite filling.
you should try the bars too. they're really nice.
Sometimes I notice you have it plain...do you add milk or something? I like it with yoghurt.
i either eat it plain or with yoghurt. it's better with yoghurt though. i find it weird when some bits float when you add milk.
Those broad bean snacks from ardelle were covered in some fish smelling seaweed powder - I had one, but I didn't enjoy it.
did you make that chicken rice. Looks good!
i didn't like those broad bean snacks either. they were neither savoury nor sweet.
i made the chicken rice. it was really tasty! the dipping sauce was soooo good. j liked it too. i'm not sure if it was good or he was super hungry, but he said it was great.
