6.39pm: Whitsunday something juice (apple, carrot and ginger) with matt d at oasis juice bar on the mall



7.23pm: asahi with josie at hanaichi



7.26pm: sushi - spicy squid, soft shell crab rolls, seared king fish at hanaichi



7.35pm: deep fried calamari with tartar sauce sushi at hanaichi



7.52pm: king fish sushi at hanaichi



8.02pm: salmon and avocado rolls at hanaichi

what a great insight into the deep dark world of your belly. i love it! i must say you don't eat very much .. or rather I eat too much??. also i didn't realise how much asian food you actually consume.. haven't seen a 'western' meal in there yet. something to aspire to perhaps?

Mon 30 April will be full of western food - just for you ms jonid. Maybe I should take special requests from other people too!

Love all the food... but how do you stay so thin?

i'm hardly thin. plus i do some exercise: yoga on monday, walked to goma with you on monday, cycled home from work on tuesday. have also been running up the stairs at work. i'm pretty puffed by the time i get to level 2 though. i'd never survive living through an episode of biggest fattest loser.
